Our previous sweep retired so this was the first time with Jennings. James is a very amiable guy. He works efficiently but is happy to spare the time to explain what he is doing and why. He showed me the inside of our flues via his camera and gave advice on how to keep the flues cleaner. His equipment is really up to date and as he says in his website, nothing like Bert the sweep in Mary Poppins. I would recommend him to anyone.

We usually get the chimney swept earlier in the year, but family illness delayed our arrival in France this year. Coupled with our decision to put our house on the market, the pressure was on us to get all our certificates in place ready for the sale. James worked quickly and professionally, explaining what would be happening, carrying out the sweep efficiently and leaving no mess. I would thoroughly recommend his services, and would suggest the more notice you can give the more likely you are to get the date you want.
