The reason for this review is because of the awful after sales support. The problem is their system/process, not the staff. The staff were ok but are put in a difficult position because of the terrible system. We bought a radiator (Sauter) from Leroy Merlin. It was faulty so we called the Leroy Merlin help line. They said to take it back to shop to get it exchanged. I took it back to the shop, they wouldn't take it back and said I had to call the manufacturer and get them to confirm that I could return the faulty product. And here lies the problem. My contract was with Leroy Merlin. The product they sold me was faulty. They should exchange it. It should be up to them to liaise with the manufacturer. This is an unacceptable process. Please change it! The after sales support of the manufacturer (Sauter) was actually very good and so I was eventually able to return the radiator to Leroy Merlin and get a voucher to buy another one. However the whole process took about 2 hours :(

We're from Australia and here to renovate my daughter's flat in Meudon. We visited the store on 18-5- and were attended by Antoine from the windows department. He was beyond doubt the most helpful, supportive and kind shop attendant we've met for many years, and we are travelling a lot, all around the world. He didn't rush us, or urged us to buy a certain product, or put pressure on needing to buy today. In addition, his English language skills were outstanding. This man deserves official recognition 👏

3 level shop having good variety of things mostly made in France so definitely good quality. Anyone expecting cheap stuff should refrain going. Staff is helpful as per expectation, overall found this place to be ok ok..
