Beautiful studio, so clean and well maintained. Trainers are super energetic, love the format of classes, yoga flow, Pilates flow, barre flow. One little recommendation to add classes at 7 am. That would be great, otherwise love this place

Poses is an absolute must in Paris if you’re looking for a fun workout. The coaches keep you motivated from start to finish. I adore the yoga flow classes, especially taught by Elise! All in all, 1000/10!

I discovered Poses on ClassPass when I first came to Paris and was trying to find out how to get workout ambiance/level similar to what I have in the States. I am so glad to have discovered Poses early, it has become one of my favorite things about this city. The classes are motivational and challenging, the instructors are talented and respectfully push you to your max. The space is gorgeous, which is not very easy to find in the fitness space. It's a friendly, unpretentious, boutique gym vibe. One thing I noticed, is that if you go to the same instructors class regularly, sometimes they repeat the entire playlist from class to class... but with great songs playing it's not the worst problem to have :)

I discovered POSES Studio through Class Pass and fell in love with the studio. It's such a creative approach to pilates and yoga that allows you to push your body in a fun way. The staff is super friendly, the teachers are knowledgable and the studio is clean and provides everything you need from to freshen up after your practice. Highly recommend this studio to everyone!

The best yoga/barre/pilates club in Paris. I spent a long time looking for a yoga club that wouldn't make one breathe and "look inside yourself" for 15 minutes before and after the session. At Poses, the classes are 50min, with curated catchy music, and super efficient. Love the spot!

This place is a great experience for any kind of levels of yoga/Pilates. The sensory stimulation of the music, the lighting and welcoming atmosphere of the place can make anyone feel comfortable and in the right mindset to workout. I cannot recommend enough!
